Thank you for registering your Service Dog. We're going to walk you through registering your Service Dog. It's a simple process, but you should have some information on hand like your dog's birthday and the name of the breeder, rescue, etc. where you got your dog from and a photo or two-if you want to share. Once the registration is completed you'll be given a 10 digit code which you may hand out for others to verify your registration. Please note: Only individuals who are qualified to use a Service Dog under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are eligible for registration. Therapy Dogs and other working dogs are not able to be included.
